Privacy Policy

Donyus CRM (“Donyus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a B2B SaaS platform that helps construction subcontractors manage general contractor relationships, communications, and project documents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform at donyuscrm.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and other information you provide during signup or onboarding.

Sandbox Demographic Data

When you create a Free GC Pipeline Sandbox account, we also collect your trade, state, annual revenue band, crew size, and role. This data is used to group you with similar subcontractors for anonymized benchmarks. It is not shared individually with any third party. Deal data you enter (contract values, square footage, project types, follow-up counts, and outcomes) is used in aggregated, anonymized form to generate industry benchmarks visible to users in the same trade and state cohort.

Google Account Data

When you connect your Google account, we request access to the following scopes depending on the features you enable:

  • Gmail (read, send, and modify): We access your Gmail to display incoming and outgoing messages related to your GC contacts within the CRM, send emails on your behalf when you compose messages in Donyus, and organize messages (e.g., labels or read status) to keep your CRM inbox in sync.
  • Google Drive (read and write): We access your Google Drive so you can browse and select folders for organizing project documents, link existing folders to deals, select document templates (estimates, proposals, material lists) that Donyus copies and populates with deal data, and create new folders and files within your Drive for new projects.
  • Email address (userinfo.email): We use your Google email address to identify your account and match it with your Donyus profile.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Display your Gmail messages alongside CRM contact records so you can manage GC communications in one place
  • Send emails through your connected Gmail account when you compose messages within Donyus
  • Create, copy, and organize Google Drive files and folders for your construction deals and projects
  • Populate document templates with deal-specific information (client name, address, scope of work, etc.)
  • Provide and improve the Donyus CRM platform
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Donyus CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

  • Only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you explicitly enabled (Gmail sync and Google Drive integration within the CRM)
  • Do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Donyus CRM service
  • Do not use your Google user data to serve advertisements
  • Do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) you give us affirmative consent (e.g., for a support request), (b) it is necessary for security purposes (investigating abuse or security issues), or (c) it is required by law
  • Do not use Google user data for training machine learning or AI models

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption in transit
  • Database is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and row-level security policies
  • Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used to maintain your authorized connection to Gmail and Drive
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Gmail messages and Drive file metadata are cached within the CRM to provide the service. If you disconnect your Google account or delete your Donyus account, we will delete your stored Google user data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to:

  • Disconnect Google access: You can revoke Donyus’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from your Donyus account settings. This immediately stops Donyus from accessing your Gmail and Drive data.
  • Request data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at mundo@sub-cess.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
  • Access your data: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us at the email above.
  • Correct your data: You can update your account information directly in Donyus or contact us for assistance.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may use analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

Donyus CRM is a B2B service designed for construction businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the platform. Your continued use of Donyus after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
